Join our Team About this opportunity The program manager role within PIM (Product Introduction and Maintenance) leads activities in the interface between R&D and Supply within a products full lifecycle. The PM will join a team of ~50 people working with product introduction. The team’s objective is to make sure products are designed for manufacturing and for supply chain to be prepared for these new products. Close collaboration with R&D, Supply, External EMS partners etc is crucial. What you will do - Drive NPI programs (New Product Introduction) - Coordinate phase-in-/phase-out activities - Lead product maintenance activities - Lead TPI activities (Transfer Product Introduction) - Drive change initiatives both within R&D and Supply - When needed for support, maintenance, TPI, Audit purposes or similar, travel to the manufacturing sites globally.
