Your work will help the organization focus on the right priorities while improving execution and long-term impact.\nWhat you will do\nLead strategic and operational portfolio management across product, technology, maintenance, and innovation projects.\nDevelop and improve processes for portfolio planning, prioritization, resource and capacity planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.\nFacilitate portfolio reviews and governance forums, preparing decision proposals, business analyses, and management presentations.\nMonitor portfolio performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, turning complex data into clear recommendations.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, and support effective mitigation plans.\nPrepare financial analyses, business planning assumptions, and investment recommendations for portfolio decisions.\nCollaborate across functions to align business objectives, project execution, and organizational priorities.\nWhat you will bring\nA master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\nSeveral years of experience in project or portfolio management, program management, strategic planning, or a similar role.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.\nExperience with resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and performance management.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders.\nA structured, data-driven, and collaborative approach, with the ability to influence across functions and organizations.\nExperience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.\nFluent English; German language skills are an advantage.\nWhy join Ericsson?
