We protect company assets, ensure compliance with international financial regulations, and serve as a trusted partner on economic, financial, and fiduciary matters.\nWhat You Will Do\nCoordinate daily Accounts Payable and purchasing activities for US and international entities.\nProvide guidance, coaching, and support to team members; help prioritize work and resolve operational issues.\nReview, verify, and maintain vendor master data in Graphite for synchronization with Oracle.\nReview and approve Purchase Requisitions for conversion to Purchase Orders.\nPartner with stakeholders to resolve Purchase Requisition issues, Purchasing Holds, open invoices, and Purchase Order discrepancies.\nSupport stakeholders with purchasing-process questions and promote consistent procedures.\nAssist with onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing for team members and internal stakeholders.\nPrepare monthly Purchasing KPI analysis and management reporting.\nCoordinate the annual 1099 process, including system data extraction and e-file submission.\nPrepare Account Reconciliations and investigate variances in support of financial statements.\nMonitor deliverables, identify risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues when appropriate.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and improve Accounts Payable and purchasing processes.\nCollaborate with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to strengthen service delivery and controls.\nSupport ad hoc analyses, reporting, and projects as needed.\nWhat You Will Bring\nExperience in Accounts Payable, accounting operations, purchasing, bookkeeping, or a related finance function.\nExperience creating spreadsheets, charts, dashboards, and reports.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels.\nPositive, collaborative attitude and strong relationship-building skills.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to coordinate work, set priorities, follow up on deliverables, and support team objectives.\nExperience extracting reports from a financial or ERP system.\nHigh accuracy with numerical data and the ability to meet tight deadlines.\nInterest in coaching others, sharing knowledge, and contributing to a positive team culture.\nExperience leading, mentoring, or coordinating a team is preferred, but not required.\nWhat Is Required for Application\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, accounting operations, bookkeeping, data entry, or a related area. Experience coordinating or guiding team activities is an advantage.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or accounting systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.\nAbility to work with US and international stakeholders across functions and time zones.\nProfessional fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.\nWhy join Ericsson?
