In this role, you will act as a technical authority, ensuring successful integration, modernization, and optimization of network solutions while supporting customers through complex transformation programs. You will work closely with engineering, operations, project teams, and customers to deliver scalable, high-quality, and innovative network solutions that meet business and technical objectives.\nWhat you will do:\nLead end-to-end RAN integration activities for 2G, 3G, 4G LTE and 5G networks.\nDefine solution architectures, integration strategies, and implementation plans.\nEnsure successful deployment, commissioning, testing, and acceptance of network solutions.\nServe as the technical escalation point for complex integration and interoperability issues.\nCollaborate with customers, project managers, operations teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth delivery.\nDrive adoption of Cloud RAN, Open RAN, virtualization, and automation initiatives.\nReview network designs, configurations, and implementation plans to ensure quality and compliance.\nSupport presales activities, technical proposals, solution development, and customer presentations.\nIdentify risks, provide mitigation plans, and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.\nMentor engineers and promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nExtensive experience in RAN integration, deployment, and network evolution projects to cover all RAN technologies.\nStrong knowledge of 2G, 3G, LTE and 5G technologies, network architecture, protocols, and integration processes.\nExperience with Ericsson RAN solutions, OSS/ENM platforms, and network management systems.\nUnderstanding of Cloud RAN, Open RAN, virtualization, and modern telecom architectures.\nKnowledge of automation tools and scripting languages such as Python or Ansible is an advantage.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to lead technical discussions and manage stakeholders across multiple functions.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills.\nDemonstrated ability to work in dynamic, multi-vendor, and geographically distributed environments.\nProfessional certifications in telecommunications, cloud, or 5G technologies are a plus.\nWhy join Ericsson?
