The Ericsson Wallet Platform empowers operators and banks to deliver reliable, secure, and scalable financial solutions across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.\nJoin our MFS Operations team in Gurgaon and contribute to protecting mission-critical financial services through security operations, cloud security, and continuous service improvement.\nWhat you will do:\nInvestigate and respond to escalated security incidents, conduct threat hunting, and perform root cause analysis.\nMonitor and correlate security events using SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and other security tools.\nDevelop and fine-tune SIEM detection rules and investigate suspicious activities, malware, and security threats.\nSecure cloud environments through configuration reviews, hardening, IAM governance, vulnerability management, and CSPM remediation.\nManage security controls for Linux and Kubernetes environments, including access management, certificates, cryptography, and HSM.\nTroubleshoot security and operational issues, validate fixes, and support patching, upgrades, and maintenance.\nCoordinate incident bridges, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with customer SLAs and KPIs.\nParticipate in shift-based operations and collaborate with global teams to maintain service availability and security.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.\nMinimum 5 years of IT security experience, preferably in a SOC/NOC or service operations environment.\nStrong hands-on expertise in Linux and Kubernetes, with knowledge of Docker and container security.\nExperience in SIEM, vulnerability management, security auditing, cryptography, and Hardware Security Modules (HSM).\nKnowledge of cloud security operations, preferably AWS, including IAM, audit logs, and security posture management.\nUnderstanding of SSL/TLS, PKI, certificate management, TCP/IP, and network security.\nFamiliarity with PCI DSS, CIS, NIST, and ISO security standards.\nScripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Ansible is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.\nExperience in financial services, mobile commerce, online banking, and ITIL-based service operations is an advantage.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
