You will serve as a key technical and operational point of contact, coordinating activities across Ericsson, customers, suppliers, contractors, and field teams to ensure successful delivery of assigned deployments.\nThe role covers the end-to-end construction and deployment process, including site readiness and feasibility, construction planning, supplier coordination, non-FPP work, equipment and material issues, budget and scope management, quality, EHS, and project execution.\nWhat you will do\nProvide functional and technical leadership for telecommunications construction and deployment activities across assigned sites.\nCoordinate activities and stakeholders, customers, suppliers, contractors, and field teams in accordance with requirements and customer contracts.\nAct as a key escalation point for complex technical, operational, construction, and deployment issues.\nInterpret customer scope, throughput targets, and end requirements and translate them into executable construction and deployment plans.\nAssess site readiness and feasibility and determine the appropriate build approach, including self-perform versus supplier execution.\nPlan, coordinate, and follow up on construction and deployment activities to support effective rollouts.\nCoordinate suppliers and contractors based on technical expertise, cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\nManage work orders, non-FPP activities, and related compensation processes.\nSupport budget management and ensure adherence to financial and project guidelines.\nProvide effort and scope estimates during pre-sales and early project phases to support accurate budgeting and planning.\nIdentify and resolve equipment, material, construction, and deployment issues, coordinating with the appropriate internal and external stakeholders.\nPlan and follow up on quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with project and customer standards.\nEnsure construction activities are executed in compliance with Project OHS/EHS requirements and applicable statutory regulations.\nProvide technical guidance on construction solutions and establish the appropriate order of operations.\nSupport and guide Field Construction Managers and other field stakeholders through complex construction and deployment activities.\nInterface directly with customers, property owners, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to drive execution and resolve issues.\nThe skills you bring\nBachelor’s degree, in Engineering or related fields in construction.\nSignificant hands-on experience managing telecommunications construction projects, particularly tower and new site builds.\nFluent English skills.\nProven experience providing technical solutions and guiding construction and deployment order of operations.\nStrong experience assessing site feasibility and providing site design and construction consulting.\nExperience managing and coordinating contractors and suppliers and estimating scope for civil works, ground works, L&A, backhaul, fiber, power, and maintenance activities.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex field and deployment environments.\nDeep understanding of site acquisition, zoning, permitting, landlord negotiations, leasing requirements, jurisdictional requirements, and environmental compliance.\nAbility to effectively interface with customers, property owners, suppliers, contractors, and internal/external stakeholders.\nStrong understanding of contracts, including leasing, vendor-facing, and customer-facing agreements.\nStrong financial and commercial acumen, including scope, cost, and budget considerations.\nDemonstrated ability to provide functional leadership without direct people-management responsibility.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, coordination, and negotiation skills.\nGood understanding of EHS statutory requirements.\nCompletion of OSHA 30-hour telecom course.\nExperience scoping NSB, NSB Power, and Fiber Walks.\nWhy join Ericsson?
