You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and proactively resolving challenges to secure delivery performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nWhat you will do:\nLead end-to-end execution of telecommunications deployment and construction activities.\nAct as the primary customer-facing operational lead for assigned projects and sites.\nCoordinate Ericsson teams, suppliers, and customer stakeholders to ensure delivery commitments are met.\nDrive project performance across schedule, quality, budget, and operational objectives.\nIdentify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively resolve implementation challenges.\nOversee planning, site readiness assessments, construction activities, supplier performance, and rollout execution.\nEnsure compliance with Ericsson, customer, and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) requirements.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance throughout implementation.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through KPI management.\nProvide leadership and guidance to project teams while fostering collaboration across multiple stakeholders.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Operations, Business, or a related field.\n6+ years of experience in telecommunications deployment, implementation, construction, or network operations.\nProven experience managing large-scale deployment or implementation projects.\nStrong customer-facing experience and ability to manage executive and operational stakeholder relationships.\nDemonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.\nStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive accountability and ownership.\nExperience managing suppliers, contractors, and third-party partners.\nStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nKnowledge of project planning, workforce management, financial management, and KPI tracking.\nUnderstanding of Ericsson solutions and telecom deployment environments is considered an advantage.\nIntermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.\nWhy join Ericsson?
