Ensure firewall configuration is in line with best practices and security protocols.\nTroubleshoot and Resolve issues related to firewalls, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.\nHands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM).\nGood to have knowledge in Infoblox for DNS, and IPAM management.\nCommunicate effectively with global clients, ensuring that their requirements are understood and executed.\nProvide timely updates, resolve client issues, and act as a trusted advisor.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, providing insights into network security, performance, and infrastructure optimization.\nImplement, configure, and troubleshoot Checkpoint, Fortinet, and Cisco ASA firewalls to ensure high security and optimal performance.\nWork on configuring firewall policies, VPNs, NAT, and other security protocols.\nLead the implementation and troubleshooting of F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM) and Advanced Firewall Manager (AFM) to ensure high availability and secure application delivery.\nManage and maintain Infoblox for DNS and IPAM to ensure network stability and optimal performance.\nProvide high-level technical support to global clients, ensuring that their network security needs are addressed in a timely manner.\nTroubleshoot and resolve network security issues, delivering solutions that ensure customer satisfaction.\nCollaborate with internal teams to optimize network security and performance.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.\nYou will bring\nQualifications: B.E/ B.Tech\nYears of experience: minimum 8 Years\nExpertise on IP Security and strong hands-on experience with Checkpoint Firewall\nGood understanding of Fortinet, and Cisco ASA firewalls\nProficient in implementing, configuring, and troubleshooting F5 LTM\nMust have certification in Checkpoint Firewall (CCSA)\nCertification on Fortinet or F5 will be added benefit.\nProven experience in a customer-facing role, dealing with global clients and resolving complex technical issues.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nGood industry knowledge\nGood communication and presentation skills\nGood customer handling abilities\nAll academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.\nWhy join Ericsson?
