In this role, you will provide second-level operational support for Packet Core Data Network services and help maintain the performance, reliability, and security of core network nodes.\nWhat you will do\nPerform configuration, upgrades, and updates on SAPC PCRF nodes.\nMonitor and review trouble tickets (TT), change requests (CR), and action tickets (AT) on a daily basis.\nProvide second-level support for Packet Core Operations across GSM, GPRS, WCDMA, and LTE technologies.\nSupport Packet Core nodes, including virtual Evolved Packet Core (vEPC) components such as MME and EPG on virtual platforms.\nFollow MSTOP processes in the workplace.\nApply and periodically review password and security policies, and support security audits and compliance activities.\nCarry out system configuration changes in accordance with assigned access rights.\nContribute to the development and improvement of departmental procedures and routines.\nParticipate in technical discussions, identify opportunities to improve network performance, and make recommendations.\nThe skills you bring\nA degree, equivalent qualification, or relevant experience in Engineering; preferably in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.\n6-12 years of experience in Huawei or Ericsson Packet Switched (PS) Core troubleshooting and configuration.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nEffective presentation and communication skills.\nA focus on delivering results and meeting customer expectations.\n\"All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification\".\nWhy join Ericsson?
