We value technical competence, creativity, trust, and collaboration as we work together to build a better user plane experience.\nWhat You Will Do\nProvide comprehensive PS Core performance support and technical guidance to customers\nDesign, analyze, and optimize packet core network performance across 5GSA, EPC, VoLTE, and VoWiFi solutions\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance degradation and data complaint spikes in real-time\nConduct detailed analysis of packet core performance KPIs (ASR, PDP, VoLTE PSR, CSFB, SRVCC, TAU, Service Req SR, Bearer SR, RAU, X2O, Gx, Gy) and develop improvement plans\nAnalyze capacity KPIs (SAU, License, Throughput, CPU) and recommend optimization strategies\nExecute acceptance testing and customer coordination activities with full technical documentation and training support\nPrepare and present comprehensive technical analyses and performance reports to customers\nParticipate in troubleshooting initiatives during network performance challenges\nLeverage network tools and trace analysis to identify root causes and performance bottlenecks\nContribute to process improvements and automation initiatives to reduce manual effort\nThe Skills You Bring\n8-12 years of relevant experience in packet core network performance and support\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification\nHands-on, working-level expertise with vendor-specific packet core nodes (AMF, SMF, SGSN-MME, GGSN, SGW/PGW, EPDG, DRA, HSS)\nProduct-level knowledge of Ericsson and Nokia architectures (minimum two vendors)\nAdvanced understanding of 5GSA, EPC, VoLTE, and VoWiFi solutions with call flow knowledge\nComprehensive knowledge of packet core surrounding nodes (AMF, SMF, PCRF, AAA, DNS, Charging) and their PM reporting tools\nExpert-level ability to analyze and develop improvement plans for performance and capacity KPIs\nStrong grasp of critical parameters and their impact on packet core and VoLTE network KPIs at counter level\nProficiency in SIP and Diameter interfaces with error code interpretation\nAdvanced skills in using network tools, trace analysis, and data interpretation\nFamiliarity with virtualization and cloud concepts; hands-on experience with virtual nodes is a plus\nKnowledge of automation technologies to streamline operations\nAll academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
