Hands on experience required in KPI optimization, Performance, design & deployment for multivendor Voice (IMS) cloud Core. Responsible for performance management and improvement of VoLTE / IMS services in customer delivery. The role demands a high level of ownership, quality, and consistency, in alignment with Ericsson standards\nWhat you will do:\n•Accountable for day-to-day delivery of the assigned project towards customer.\n•Handle & Lead IMS & fixed voice Performance Management and Design Planning scope for large CSPs.\n•Optimizing IMS network as per customer requirement & Perform parameters tuning etc.\n•Perform QoS , parameter , capacity audit as per customer requirement.\n•KPI analysis and recommendation to improve customer satisfaction.\n•Impact analysis for upgrade and NW changes.\n•Troubleshooting, Analysis, Impact Report and Tracing (PCAP, Wireshark).\n•Support with technical discussions in RFP discussion.\n•Good communication required for global customers.\n•Leading IMS & CS Core scope in service deliver / governance calls.\n The skills you bring:\nEnd to End knowledge of IMS / CS Core network.\nComprehensive IMS / VLTE / CS Core life-cycle maintenance (e.g., planning, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, Tracing & reporting).\nMust have customer handling skills and excellent communication skills.\nCandidate should have at least 3-4 years of Deployment / Design/Planning /Optimization experience of IMS Core Nodes (SBG, CSCF, TAS etc).\nCandidate should have strong troubleshooting skills on IMS / CS Core network.\nExperience in 5GC, cloud is added advantage\nStrong IMS & Voice network experience. With hands-on skills in tracing.\nStrong skills on Architecture and Interfaces for Ericsson Core network elements IMS, Fixed Voice, MSC, MGW, BC, HSS, CUDB, STP, DSC etc.\nExpertise on operator network (IMS, Fixed Voice, CS, CUDB) and understanding.\nStrong Technical Knowledge on IMS Core Network and idea of E2E network.\nDetailed knowledge of Ericsson's existing and future product/services portfolio, roadmap information and system integration practices is advantageous.\nNeed to know the automation concepts.
