In this role, you will translate customer needs into clear technical solutions, contribute to service proposals, and help build trusted customer relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, share knowledge, and present recommendations that support customer outcomes and business growth.\nWhat you will do\nLead technical discussions with customers and explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nGather, clarify, and document customer requirements.\nSupport the development of service proposals and other customer-facing materials.\nCreate and deliver technical presentations and proposals.\nShare knowledge and contribute to learning activities across the team.\nIdentify additional solutions or services that could provide value to customers.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to develop practical recommendations and respond to customer challenges.\nYou will bring\n+9 years of experience working with Ericsson radio access network (RAN) solutions and 4G, VoLTE, and 5G technologies.\nA bachelor’s degree in communications engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline.\nUp-to-date knowledge of mobile network technologies, including LTE, VoLTE, and 5G.\nPractical experience with, or troubleshooting knowledge of, Ericsson RAN nodes is an advantage.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.\nThe ability to work effectively with people from different cultures and professional backgrounds.\nA customer-focused, inclusive, and continuous-learning mindset.\nWhy join Ericsson?
