We are the global market leader in Wireless WAN-based enterprise connectivity solutions and continue to grow rapidly in enterprise private 5G networks and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions.\nHow Will You Contribute to the Company?\nWe are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong product management experience to join our NetCloud Exchange (NCX) for Enterprise 5G portfolio. In this role, you will be part of a globally diverse team and collaborate closely with experienced product leaders in the enterprise space. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful, challenging work while continuing to learn, grow, and make an impact.\nWhat you will do\nServe as a subject matter expert for wireless WAN security, including 5G/LTE, SASE, and related NetCloud service capabilities.\nCommunicate new technology capabilities clearly, assess their applicability to customer use cases, and capture product feedback.\nDevelop product vision, roadmaps, and execution plans in partnership with executive management to advance WAN security objectives.\nEngage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to define business requirements, technical considerations, and strategic objectives.\nCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver strategic and tactical plans that support product objectives.\nLead product management activities from planning through delivery, iteration, and continuous improvement.\nThe skills you bring\nMust have qualifications:\nProduct management experience\n\nStrong business acumen, with the ability to translate critical customer needs into clear product requirements.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile development processes, frameworks, and backlog management.\n\nFamiliarity with JIRA and Confluence for backlog management and documentation.\n\nStrong prioritization skills, roadmap definition experience, and the ability to develop executable strategies.\n\nExperience with security, SASE, and SD-WAN technologies\n\nKnowledge of VPN, Internet Protocol Security (IPsec), Generic Routing Encapsulation (GRE), and remote access technologies.\n\nKnowledge of network security design and architecture.\n\nKnowledge of next-generation firewall and identity management systems.\n\nExperience with UX-driven products, REST APIs, and network automation.\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively with external and internal stakeholders.\n\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.\n\nNice to have:\nFamiliarity with LTE, 5G architecture\n\nKnowledge of Intrusion Detection and Prevention (IDS/IPS), Web Filtering, and Secure Web Gateway (SWG)\n\nKnowledge of transport protocols and networking fundamentals.\n\nExperience in delivering cloud-based software solutions in Agile development environment.\n\nWhy join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
