and support RF measurements on hardware prototypes\nDocument and present results clearly within project and department teams\nCollaborate with stakeholders to support troubleshooting and technical guidance\nContinuously improve component design, performance, and cost-efficiency\nWork closely within cross-functional, global teams to share knowledge and innovate together\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor's with relevant experience, or a Master’s/University degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with a strong RF background\nProven experience in RF and antenna design\nSolid understanding of radiating component development and integration\nExpertise in 3D EM simulation tools (e.g., CST Microwave Studio, Ansys HFSS)\nExperience with 2D simulation tools (e.g., AWR Microwave Office, Keysight ADS)\nBasic knowledge of RF and antenna measurement techniques\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nHighly motivated, with a structured and self-driven work style\nExcellent teamwork and communication skills in an international environment\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken\nNice to Have\nExperience with RF filter design or frequency selective surfaces (FSS)\nFamiliarity with machine learning and optimization algorithms\nKnowledge of MATLAB, Python\nUnderstanding of PIM/EMC design and measurements\nGerman language skills are a plus\nThe role
