Invented by Ericsson Research Hungary, EEA leverages telecom domain expertise, cloud-native technologies, near real-time analytics, and AI/ML methods to help operators predict, prioritize, and resolve customer impacting events.\nThe development center is located in Budapest, Hungary. Our organization is responsible end-to-end for the design, development, verification, maintenance, and customer deployment support of EEA.\nWhat you will do\nAs a Scrum Master, your primary mission is to help the team deliver value predictably, continuously improve, and grow into a highly collaborative and self-managing organization.\nYou will:\nFacilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.\nHelp the team understand goals, priorities and delivery commitments.\nIdentify, visualize and drive the resolution of impediments and delivery risks.\nCollaborate closely with Product Owners on backlog management and prioritization.\nSupport effective collaboration within the team and across organizational boundaries.\nCoach the team in Agile values, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.\nEnable the team to become increasingly self-managing and accountable.\nWork with Product Owners and Line Managers to improve ways of working.\nThe skills you bring:\nUniversity Degree in Engineering (IT, Software Engineering, Telecom) or equivalent experience.\n8-10 years of professional experience with 4-5 years in Agile environments and Scrum Master roles.\nPractical experience in Agile software development organizations.\nPrevious experience as a Software Developer, Tester, DevOps Engineer, or similar technical role is highly valued.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, active listening, and conflict resolution skills.\nStrong coaching and servant leadership mindset.\nEmpathy, curiosity, and genuine interest in helping people succeed.\nAbility to understand the broader product, customer, and delivery context.\nAnalytical mindset with strong focus on progress, outcomes, and problem solving.\nAbility to influence without formal authority.\nPassion for continuous improvement and team development.\nStrong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.\nWhy join Ericsson?
