We are building the governance, infrastructure, and developer platforms that make this evolution secure, reusable, and scalable.\nAs a Software Engineer on the AI Technology Governance and Foundation team, you will help shape the backbone of AI-assisted software development across the organization. You’ll build production-grade platforms and guardrails used by hundreds of developers, including internal AI marketplaces, reusable tooling standards,\nintellectual-property protections, security integrations, and CI/CD governance.\nThis is a hands-on, foundational engineering role for someone who enjoys turning ambiguous 0-to-1 problems\ninto durable tools, standards, and platforms that teams can confidently adopt.\nWhat you’ll do.\nBuild and evolve foundational tooling for AI-assisted software development.\nDevelop standards, registries, and reusable components that improve consistency and reduce duplicated effort.\nContribute to AI marketplaces, including integrations for intellectual-property scanning, security, and governance.\nIntegrate governance and compliance controls into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows.\nDesign and implement APIs, tools, and services that connect AI assistants, development environments, and internal platforms.\nHelp build the next generation of agentic IDEs and Code OSS-based development experiences.\nIdentify and close gaps related to software reuse, IP protection, security, and responsible AI adoption.\nPartner with developers, security teams, platform engineers, and technology leaders to turn organizational needs into practical engineering solutions.\nTake ownership of ambiguous requirements and drive solutions from concept and MVP through production adoption.\nMeasure adoption, usability, reliability, and impact across the developer community.\nWhat you will bring.\nStrong software engineering fundamentals, including design, testing, maintainability, and operational ownership.\nHands-on experience building or integrating AI and LLM-based development tools.\nExperience designing or integrating APIs, developer tools, plugins, agents, or platform services.\nPractical fluency with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.\nA security-minded engineering approach, including awareness of secure design, access control, data protection, and supply-chain or IP risks.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and technical domains.\nA builder’s mindset: practical, curious, outcome-oriented, and comfortable making sound decisions with incomplete information.\nExperience delivering software that is adopted and used in production, not only prototypes or proofs of concept.\nJoin our Team\nHighly desired experience.\nDeveloper-experience platforms, internal tooling, or engineering productivity systems.\nCode OSS, VS Code extensions, IDE integrations, or developer portals.\nAI marketplaces, model/tool registries, or agent frameworks.\nSoftware supply-chain security, IP governance, compliance automation, or policy-as-code.\nPlatform engineering and infrastructure used across large engineering organizations.\nTaking an ambiguous problem from 0 to 1 and turning it into an adopted tool, standard, or service.\nWhat you can learn.\nYou do not need to arrive with deep expertise in every part of AI governance, agentic development, telecom tooling, or intellectual-property management.
