The ideal candidate with 5+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting robust network systems and platform-level services can apply.\nWhat you will do\nDevelop & test switch router products.\nWork in an agile team as both developer and tester.\nResponsible for feature designing, coding, unit Test, feature test, regression test, automation test scripts, document writing, product maintenance, etc.\nNetworking & Routing Expertise:\nStrong understanding of networking and distributed computing concepts.\nProficient in Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols, including: MPLS, Multicast, OSPF, BGP, VLAN/VTP, etc.\nSolid grasp of routing principles and client-server architecture.\nExcellent debugging and troubleshooting skills in networking environments.\nInfrastructure Services (Infra):\nExperience in designing and building system-level services, such as:\nDesigning and developing platform services such as system logging, event handling, and health monitoring\nManaging configuration and system state persistence\nImplementing access control, authentication, and software/service lifecycle mechanisms\nWorking with system-level fault detection and recovery\nOAM (Operations, Administration, and Maintenance):\nFamiliarity and experience with:\nDeveloping and integrating management interfaces (CLI, Netconf/YANG, SNMP)\nSupporting observability, diagnostics, and performance monitoring features\nEnabling external integration with network or element management systems\nContributing to fault, configuration, accounting, performance, and security (FCAPS) functions.\nWhat you will bring\nMaster’s /bachelor’s degree in CS, EE, Telecom or equivalent.\nStrong C/C++ programming skills - mandatory\nSoftware development of L2/L3 Ethernet switches or routers.\nExcellent understanding of networking technologies and related protocols.\nExperience with automation test (with Perl or Java) is a big plus.\nIndependent thinking and quick learner.\nExtensive knowledge in data communication or telecommunications.\nGood teamwork and cooperation spirit, both professional and personal integrity, proactive and positive learning attitude.\nFluent in English speaking and writing.\nUnderstanding agile and scrum is a big plus.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
