Selection will be based on skills, experience, and potential to succeed in the role.\nWhat you will do\nDesign and optimize radio access networks, with a focus on 4G and 5G.\nProvide technical advice and presales support for network design and optimization services, software, and products.\nUnderstand customer needs and recommend solutions that address their technical and business goals.\nDevelop, explain, and deliver complex end-to-end solutions across radio, transport, core network, and devices.\nPlan and implement customer solutions within agreed time, scope, and cost.\nManage expectations, resolve issues, and support customer acceptance of delivered work.\nImprove service offerings and contribute ideas based on customer and market needs.\nShare knowledge with colleagues and customers.\nYou will bring\n+9 years of experience in radio access network design and optimization.\nA degree in electrical, electronics, telecommunications engineering, information technology, or a related field.\nDeep technical expertise in radio access network design and optimization, with experience consulting and leading people.\nKnowledge of 4G and 5G, including LTE, VoLTE, carrier aggregation, uplink/downlink coordination, ENDC, NR NSA, and VoNR; familiarity with TCP, UDP, and IP.\nEnd-to-end knowledge across radio access, transport, packet core, and devices; 5G network design and optimization experience is an advantage.\nExperience with Ericsson Radio System, Ericsson Network Manager, Ericsson Packet Core, 5G Core, and network configuration concepts.\nExperience working with performance data, including events, counters, cell traces, baseband traces, and configuration settings; familiarity with ENIQ, ITK, Ericsson Performance Platform, MOM parameters, and system constants.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with experience using advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.\nExperience with drive-test and analysis tools such as TEMS Investigation, NEMO, XCAL, QXDM, Romes, TEMS Discovery, NEMO Analyze, XCAP, or QCAT.\nWorking knowledge of QGIS, MongoDB, MS SQL or another relational database query language, and Python.\nKnowledge of Cloud-RAN, machine learning, and artificial intelligence is an advantage.\nThe ability to collaborate across teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and lead work toward a clear outcome.\nWhy join Ericsson?
