The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across the full testing lifecycle, improve automation coverage, strengthen platform resilience, and increase release confidence in high-transaction telecom environments.\nWhat you will do\nDefine and maintain the overall test strategy, test architecture, and roadmap for CIS solutions.\nLead functional, system integration, API, database, and UAT activities.\nOwn test planning, estimation, test management, execution governance, and quality reporting.\nDesign scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Karate, Python, Shell Scripting, and Groovy.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.\nPlan and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, and performance testing.\nPerform bottleneck analysis across application, database, middleware, infrastructure, and network layers.\nLead resilience testing covering failover, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.\nValidate distributed systems, microservices, cloud-native architectures, and Infinispan or similar in-memory data grids.\nAnalyze thread and heap dumps and support JVM performance tuning.\nEstablish monitoring and troubleshooting practices using Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK Stack.\nCollaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, infrastructure, operations, and customer teams.\nSupport production incident analysis, root-cause investigations, and preventive quality improvements.\nContribute to technical presentations, customer discussions, design reviews, and solution assessments.\nDefine quality objectives, track success metrics, mentor test engineers, and promote engineering best practices.\nSkills you bring\nRequired Qualifications\n8-15 years of experience in software testing, quality engineering, test architecture, or performance engineering.\n2-5 years of hands-on experience with CIS Solutions is mandatory.\nStrong experience in test strategy and architecture for enterprise-scale distributed systems.\nExperience with high-transaction environments, preferably 10,000+ TPS.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\nPreferred Experience\nTelecom platforms and large-scale transaction processing systems.\nInfinispan or comparable in-memory data grids.\nProduction incident analysis and performance tuning.\nHighly available and geographically distributed systems.\nCloud-native platforms and containerized deployments.\nWorking in matrix organizations and collaborating across technical teams.\nPreferred Competencies\nStrong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.\nExcellent customer focus and stakeholder management.\nAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.\nConfidence in technical presentations and customer discussions.\nStrong ownership of quality, delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement.\nAbility to mentor engineers and influence engineering practices across teams.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
