our Team\nAbout this opportunity:\nWe are looking for an experienced L2+ SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SPSE) Administrator responsible for deployment, administration, operational support, security, governance, and lifecycle management of enterprise SharePoint and Document Management platforms.\nThe role involves providing L2/L3 support, troubleshooting, performance optimisation, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery, automation, and platform modernisation across enterprise environments.\nWhat you will do:\nDeploy, configure, and maintain SPSE farms across Dev, Test, Pre-Prod, and Production environments.\nPerform farm builds, patching, upgrades, migrations, and capacity expansions.\nAdminister SharePoint farms, web applications, site collections, content databases, and service applications.\nManage Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile, Secure Store, and Business Connectivity Services.\nConfigure and support high availability, load balancing, SSL certificates, and authentication services.\nMonitor platform health, availability, performance, and capacity.\nProvide L2/L3 support and troubleshoot farm, search, authentication, performance, and integration issues.\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.\nAdminister enterprise Document Management, Records Management, and Content Management solutions.\nConfigure metadata, content types, retention policies, records management, and IRM.\nManage Active Directory integration, RBAC, Claims Authentication, SAML/ADFS, and MFA integrations.\nPerform security hardening, permission reviews, and vulnerability remediation.\nManage backup, recovery, Disaster Recovery (DR) testing, and HA/DR readiness.\nAutomate administrative and operational activities using PowerShell.\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and operational documentation.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n9+ years of Infrastructure Administration experience, with at least 5+ years of SharePoint Administration experience.\nStrong hands-on experience with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (SPSE) and SharePoint 2019/2016.\nExperience supporting enterprise-scale SharePoint and Document Management environments.\nKnowledge of Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Document & Records Management, SharePoint Search Architecture, and migration tools.\nStrong knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022, IIS, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.\nExperience with PKI, SSL Certificates, Load Balancers, Microsoft SQL Server, and Always On Availability Groups.\nStrong PowerShell scripting and automation skills.\nKnowledge of SAML, ADFS, TLS/SSL, authentication, authorisation, security hardening, and compliance.\nExperience with monitoring tools such as SCOM, Splunk, Dynatrace, SolarWinds, Grafana, or AppDynamics.\nExperience working within ITIL-based support environments.\nStrong knowledge of Incident & Problem Management, Disaster Recovery, performance tuning, and capacity planning.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\nMicrosoft SharePoint, Azure Administrator, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator, ITIL, or Microsoft Security certifications would be an added advantage.\nWhy join Ericsson?
