We build our financial platform to help bring financial freedom to people around the world.\nThe Software Developer is involved in all phases of the software lifecycle and is responsible for delivering work packages and functionality that meet customer requirements. The role requires proven ability in coding, scripting, integration and verification across the entire lifecycle of solution delivery. The Software Developer is expected to build adjacent skills and to drive a continuous learning culture by sharing and promoting new ideas, approaches and patterns across the delivery teams, seeking opportunities to teach others how to use the tools and promoting a culture of automation.\nWhat You Will Do\nThink beyond assigned tasks - continuously question how the SDLC is run, propose better approaches, and develop the tooling and automation needed to make them real, backed by measurable efficiency gains.\nDesign, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using YAML-based configurations, Bash scripts and deployment automation technologies.\nBuild, manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Podman.\nOrchestrate application deployments with Kubernetes and Helm charts across multiple environments (IAT, SIT, UAT, Production).\nDevelop and enhance the internal automation platform using Python, Flask and PostgreSQL.\nDevelop and maintain Java-based applications using EJB and Quarkus frameworks, applying object-oriented design principles.\nIntegrate AI services (Claude API and other popular AI platforms) into internal tools and workflows to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.\nDesign and execute load and performance testing scenarios using Locust; analyse results and provide optimization recommendations.\nDevelop and maintain automated test suites using Robot Framework.\nWrite and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline development and operational processes.\nFollow good security coding practices to ensure that pipelines and applications are free of common vulnerabilities.\nPerform unit, component and integration testing of developed software and automation scripts.\nFix bugs and resolve issues across all identified environments (IAT, SIT, UAT, Production).\nDocument CI/CD workflows, automation platform architecture and operational procedures to facilitate maintenance and knowledge sharing.\nTrack and update tasks in Jira throughout the SDLC.\nSupport go-live activities together with the operations team.\nSupport and participate in acceptance procedures and tests.\nWhat You Will Bring\nAn adequate degree in computer science or computer/software engineering.\nAn analytical mind, with the ability to follow processes and work independently with minimal assistance.\nRelevant experience in technical troubleshooting, coding and updating existing code.\nConfiguration management experience.\nGood experience of IP technologies.\nExperience with cloud technologies.\nExperience working with Agile methodologies.\nExperience with Java / Jakarta EE, Spring, Hibernate, EJB and Quarkus.\nExperience with web services and microservices architecture.\nStrong scripting and development skills in Python and Bash.\nWeb application development with Flask.\nDatabase experience with PostgreSQL.\nCI/CD pipeline development with YAML (GitLab CI / GitHub Actions) and Bash scripting.\nContainerization with Docker and Podman.\nContainer orchestration with Kubernetes and Helm.\nAI integration experience with the Claude API and other popular AI platforms.\nTest automation and performance testing with Robot Framework, Locust and unit testing frameworks.\nTask and project tracking with Jira.\nA solid grasp of object-oriented programming and secure coding practices.\nWhy join Ericsson?
