Deep Ericsson product knowledge is mandatory.\nWhat you will do:\nLead RAN project delivery from design through deployment, optimization, and customer handover.\nDefine and validate RAN solutions aligned with customer requirements, Ericsson standards, and network strategy.\nManage design activities including coverage, capacity, parameter planning, and feature implementation.\nDrive tuning and optimization to improve coverage, quality, capacity, and user experience.\nLead acceptance activities - test planning, KPI definition, issue resolution, and customer sign-off.\nServe as the primary technical interface for customers and senior stakeholders.\nCoordinate across project managers, RF engineers, delivery teams, and subcontractors.\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and deviations.\nEnsure compliance with Ericsson processes, governance models, quality, and security standards.\nLead design reviews, troubleshooting sessions, and executive steering meetings.\nTranslate technical topics into clear business impacts and recommendations for senior management.\nSupport presales, bid, and solution validation activities when needed.\nMaintain documentation, acceptance evidence, and handover material.\nCoach RAN engineers and promote knowledge sharing across delivery teams.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor's in Telecommunications, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.\nExtensive experience in RAN architecture, design, deployment, optimization, and acceptance.\nStrong practical knowledge of 4G/LTE; 5G NR knowledge is an advantage.\nMandatory: proven expertise in Ericsson RAN systems, products, tools, and delivery processes.\nExperience leading RAN projects in customer-facing environments.\nProficient in RAN KPIs, performance analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.\nStrong grasp of project governance, risk management, and process compliance.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.\nAble to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make decisions under pressure.\nOpen to travel and international/multicultural project environments.\nWhy join Ericsson?
