# Solution Architect

Join our Team About this opportunity: Lead end-to-end technical delivery of RAN projects at Ericsson, covering solution design, implementation, optimization, acceptance, and customer engagement. Strong expertise in 4G/LTE is required; 5G knowledge is a plus. Deep Ericsson product knowledge is mandatory. What you will do: Lead RAN project delivery from design through deployment, optimization, and customer handover. Define and validate RAN solutions aligned with customer requirements, Ericsson standards, and network strategy. Manage design activities including coverage, capacity, parameter planning, and feature implementation. Drive tuning and optimization to improve coverage, quality, capacity, and user experience. Lead acceptance activities - test planning, KPI definition, issue resolution, and customer sign-off. Serve as the primary technical interface for customers and senior stakeholders. Coordinate across project managers, RF engineers, delivery teams, and subcontractors. Identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and deviations. Ensure compliance with Ericsson processes, governance models, quality, and security standards. Lead design reviews, troubleshooting sessions
