In this role, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Service Assurance solutions for global customers, from pre-sales through solution design, implementation, customer acceptance, and operational handover. You will lead solution architecture, requirement analysis, system integration, and technical delivery while ensuring high-quality implementations aligned with customer requirements and industry best practices.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign end-to-end solution architectures and technical blueprints aligned with business and customer needs.\nGather and analyze customer requirements, perform feasibility assessments, and develop solution proposals.\nLead solution design, implementation, deployment, and customer acceptance activities.\nDefine scalable, secure, reusable, and event-driven integration architectures across enterprise applications, OSS/BSS, IT infrastructure, cloud, and virtualized environments.\nEstablish integration standards, frameworks, reusable components, and best practices.\nConduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security, governance, performance, and reliability standards.\nIdentify technical risks and develop mitigation plans.\nManage one or more MITO delivery projects, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, and timelines.\nCollaborate with customers, Solution Architects, MSIT & ADM, MA/CU organizations, SDAP, Managed Services delivery teams, and customer O&M teams.\nProvide technical leadership, stakeholder management, solution consulting, effort estimation, roadmap planning, and delivery governance.\nDrive automation, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and service excellence.\nMentor engineers and technical leads and contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical interviews, training, and product evaluations.\nThe skills you bring:\n10+ years of experience in Telecom and/or IT systems design, implementation, integration, and operations, including 5+ years in Solution, Integration, or Enterprise Architecture.\nStrong expertise in Solution Architecture, System Design, Enterprise Integration, and IT Service Assurance solutions.\nExperience delivering OSS/BSS System Integration and Managed Services projects.\nStrong knowledge of Fault Management, Performance Management, Reporting, Monitoring, and Automation solutions.\nHands-on experience with monitoring and observability platforms including SNMP, Zabbix, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, OpenTelemetry (OTEL), and Jasper Reports.\nExperience with integration technologies including REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.\nHands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift (preferred).\nStrong understanding of Cloud platforms, IT infrastructure, virtualization, Linux, Windows, networking, inventory, and topology management.\nProficiency in Python, Shell, Perl, JavaScript, XML, and database technologies.\nStrong customer-facing communication, presentation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.\nPassion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality customer solutions.\nITIL certification/knowledge, AI/ML exposure, and willingness to travel for short-term national and international assignments are considered an advantage.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
