You will turn customer requirements into practical solutions across Ericsson and multi-vendor environments, helping improve network capacity, performance and reliability across markets.\n\nWhat you will do\nPlan, design and optimize core network interfaces and capacity in line with architecture and growth needs.\nWork across core network technologies and platforms, including IMS (P/I/S-CSCF), MSS, MGW, TAS, INUM, PCRF, MGCF, MRF, BGW, DRA, HSS, SBG, STP, CUDB, UPG, MME, EPG and SAPC.\nTranslate requirements into suitable parameters, settings and end-to-end technical solutions.\nCoordinate day-to-day delivery of assigned projects, keeping customers and delivery teams informed.\nInvestigate performance trends, analyze trouble tickets and resolve critical customer issues related to key performance indicators.\nCreate measurement templates using ENIQ and network probes when needed.\nPrepare weekly core-network and capacity reports, including responses to ad hoc requests.\nContribute to technical solutions and Statements of Compliance for requests for proposal (RFPs).\n\nYou will bring\nExperience in core-network planning, design and optimization, including end-to-end work in large or multi-vendor networks.\nStrong understanding of circuit-switched and packet core networks, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, LTE and IP networking.\nPractical experience with SIP, Diameter, GTP/GTPv2 and RADIUS protocols.\nExperience with cloud-based network architecture and network functions virtualization (NFV/NFVi).\nAbility to analyze complex network issues, recommend clear solutions and explain technical information to customers and colleagues.\nFamiliarity with Ericsson and multi-vendor products, services, integration practices and technology roadmaps.\nExperience coordinating or guiding engineering teams across markets is an advantage.\nRelevant cloud, IP, IMS or EPC certifications are welcome; equivalent practical experience is also valued.\nWhy join Ericsson?
