Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design and upgrade strategy for UDM (User Data Management), IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), and Packet Core network elements. The architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define upgrade paths, validate design impacts, and ensure seamless execution in live network environments. What you will do: Upgrade Strategy & Planning: o Define upgrade approach (ISSU vs. redeployment) based on product capabilities and customer environment. o Evaluate backward compatibility and interoperability impacts across EPC/5GC/Cloud components. o Align upgrade activities with network architecture roadmap, lifecycle policies, and vendor release cycles. Solution Architecture & Design: o Develop high- and low-level solution architecture for upgrades, including software/hardware pre-requisites. o Create detailed upgrade impact assessments and rollback strategies. o Validate upgrade path for clustered/HA deployments, geo-redundancy, and distributed architectures. Stakeholder Coordination: o Work with delivery, operations, product teams, and customers
