Lead end-to-end lifecycle activities-from upgrades and patches to expansions, migrations, hardware replacements, maintenance, and decommissioning-while protecting service continuity and providing technical leadership across SDU and SDH teams.\nWhat you will do:\nOwn technical design and execution for IMS nodes, including CSCF, TAS, SBC, MRF, DNS/ENUM, and HSS.\nEnsure solutions align with HLD/LLD, customer requirements, CPI, and 3GPP standards.\nPrepare and review NIRs, MOPs, upgrade, rollback, and contingency plans.\nLead live-network LCM activities, upgrades, testing, acceptance, and handover.\nValidate VoLTE, VoWiFi, SIP/Diameter signaling, call flows, configurations, and KPIs.\nTroubleshoot complex IMS issues, perform RCA/CAPA, and provide L2/L3 support.\nAct as the technical contact for customers and coordinate with Cloud, PACO, Transport, and vendor teams.\nTrack plans, risks, milestones, and technical documentation in JIRA/DSF.\nSupport effort estimation, capacity planning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.\nThe skills you bring:\n10+ years of telecom experience with hands-on IMS LCM, upgrades, migrations, and live-network activities.\nStrong knowledge of IMS architecture: CSCF, TAS, SBC, MRF, DNS/ENUM, and HSS.\nExpertise in SIP, SDP, Diameter, RTP, VoLTE, VoWiFi, EPC/5GC, and 3GPP standards.\nExperience in IMS troubleshooting, signaling analysis, RCA, KPI monitoring, and tools such as Wireshark.\nWorking knowledge of Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, OpenStack, Docker, NFV/SDN, and cloud-native environments.\nExposure to Python, Shell, or Ansible automation and tools such as JIRA/DSF.\nStrong customer communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working in multi-vendor telecom environments.\nIMS/VoLTE or vendor product certifications.\nKubernetes, OpenStack, AWS/Azure, Linux, Wireshark, or ITIL certification.\nExperience mentoring engineers and leading cross-functional technical teams.\nSafe and successful IMS upgrades and lifecycle activities.\nService continuity with minimal network impact.\nTimely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.\nAccurate technical documentation,
