Join our Team About this opportunity: Own the architecture, technical planning, and delivery of IMS LCM scopes for telecom operators. Lead end-to-end lifecycle activities-from upgrades and patches to expansions, migrations, hardware replacements, maintenance, and decommissioning-while protecting service continuity and providing technical leadership across SDU and SDH teams. What you will do: Own technical design and execution for IMS nodes, including CSCF, TAS, SBC, MRF, DNS/ENUM, and HSS. Ensure solutions align with HLD/LLD, customer requirements, CPI, and 3GPP standards. Prepare and review NIRs, MOPs, upgrade, rollback, and contingency plans. Lead live-network LCM activities, upgrades, testing, acceptance, and handover. Validate VoLTE, VoWiFi, SIP/Diameter signaling, call flows, configurations, and KPIs. Troubleshoot complex IMS issues, perform RCA/CAPA, and provide L2/L3 support. Act as the technical contact for customers and coordinate with Cloud, PACO, Transport, and vendor teams. Track plans, risks, milestones, and technical documentation in JIRA/DSF. Support effort estimation, capacity planning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
