In this role, you will be an expert and a go-to person in the field of Network Design and Optimization.\nWhat you will do:\nDeliver services and provide presales support in Network Design and Optimization (NDO)\nDevelop and improve offerings for services, software, and products\nConsult with technical staff and senior management in customer organizations, to understand their requirements.\nDevelop complex end-to-end solutions to meet operators’ technical and business requirements!\nImplement customer solutions within agreed time, scope and cost, handle expectations, and obtain acceptance\nShare knowledge within Ericsson and with customers.\nWhat you will bring:\nThe successful applicant must have deep technical skills, expertise, and experience in radio network design and optimization, including a track record of consulting and leading people.\nDegree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering, or IT\nMinimum 8+ Yrs of experience in radio access network design and optimization\n5G technology knowledge. NDO expertise in 5G will be highly regarded\nCloud-RAN, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) knowledge is an advantage!\nEnd to End knowledge covering RAN, transport, packet core and devices will be highly regarded\nEricsson system knowledge (Ericsson Radio System, Ericsson Network Manager, Ericsson Packet Core, 5G Core, Ericsson MO structure)\nPM Events and Statistics (PM Counters, Cell Traces, Baseband Traces)\nPM Platforms (ENIQ/ITK/Ericsson Performance Platform) , CM (MOM Parameters, System Constants)\nLTE, VoLTE, Carrier Aggregation, UL/DL Comp, ESS, ENDC, NR NSA, VoNR, Concepts of TCP, UDP and IP.\nString Analytical troubleshooting abilities.
