In this delivery-focused role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of Ericsson Communication Services solutions while translating customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals - contributing directly to profitable business outcomes for Ericsson.\nWhat you will do:\nUndertake product deployment and configuration of Communication Services products\nPrepare and execute system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests\nWork with business partners to identify and drive improvements in delivery processes\nCollaborate with the team to resolve technical product delivery issues\nMaintain and update solution documentation\nProvide feedback to R&D on possible portfolio enhancements\nParticipate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing\nStay abreast of new technologies and share solution insights to enable customer competence building\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science\n5-10 years of relevant experience\nProven experience in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization\nCS Core Portfolio Knowledge: MSC-S, MGW, CTC\nIMS Portfolio Knowledge: MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, ENUM\nKnowledge of Cloud / NFVI technology\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nBusiness acumen with the ability to work effectively across teams and networks\nAbility to innovate, adapt, and respond to change\nResults-driven with strong planning and organizing skills\nAdditional programming skills are a plus\nWhy join Ericsson?
