This role will drive end-to-end product ownership, solution design, development, and lifecycle management, ensuring continuous product improvements and alignment with evolving business requirements.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead solution design, development, and delivery for WFM products, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, perform gap analysis, estimations, and solution documentation.\nOwn the complete delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design reviews, development, testing, deployment, and customer acceptance.\nAct as the technical lead and key interface between customers, product owners, release managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders.\nDrive security, performance, capacity planning, risk management, and adherence to project SLAs.\nSupport integrations, third-party solutions, customer implementations, training, and go-live activities while ensuring agile delivery practices.\nYou Will Bring\nStrong experience with Workforce Management solutions, preferably IFS FSM & PSO, including administration, customization, business rule configuration, and solution architecture.\nExpertise in .NET (C#), Oracle Database, Web Services, XML/XSL, IIS, AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript, and enterprise integrations.\nHands-on experience across the full SDLC, including design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and technical leadership.\nKnowledge of cloud-based solutions, DevOps tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible), Agile methodologies, and telecom operations frameworks such as ITIL/eTOM.\nStrong problem-solving, stakeholder management, customer-facing, documentation, and leadership skills in global and matrixed environments.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\nWhy join Ericsson?
