Alo provides opportunity to understand New 5G Features and Functionality.\nWhat you will do:\nRAN Level /Level-3 Support Experience Required\nMinimum 3-4 years of Experience in RAN Software Support/Troubleshooting\nFix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.\nAnalyze and find suitable solutions for issues reported by customers, through contact with them gather data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.\nWork with assigned tickets, using support tools according to global support processes and procedures.\nWork, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson.\nNeeds to provide solutions to customer problems according to established processes and contracted Service Level Agreements.\nIn case additional services are contracted with the customer the Support engineer will also handle e.g. Pre-emptive and Software Update handling.\nThe skills you bring:\nStrong Knowledge of 5G RAN, NR NSA, NR SA and ESS RAN and Core Network Architecture.\nStrong understanding of RAN Protocols and Procedures.\nCompetence in Analyzing L3, L2 and Physical layer traces and Error. \nCompetent in developing quick understanding of New 5G Features and Functionality.\nBasic Knowledge about 5G core and EPC Functionalities.\nBasic Understanding RAN tuning and Optimization techniques.\n“All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.”\n\nWhy join Ericsson?
