Ericsson also does not hire F-1’s working on CPT or EAD for this position. \n\nAbout this opportunity\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our scrum team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This role is central to building scalable, high-quality solutions within our CRM platform and requires collaboration across teams to translate business needs into effective technical outcomes.\nWhat you will do:\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable solutions within the Salesforce platform.\nBuild custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.\nPartner with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions.\nImplement automation using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools; optimize performance, security, and scalability.\nMaintain and improve existing Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.\nLead technical discussions and support the growth of less experienced developers by sharing knowledge and best practices.\nCollaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with external applications and enterprise data sources using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and related technologies.\nSupport the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled, automation, and data-driven capabilities within Salesforce where appropriate.\nThe skills you bring:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.\nSalesforce Platform Developer II certification or 5+ years of Salesforce Developer experience.\nProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).\nSolid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data modeling, and data management best practices.\nExperience with DevOps tools such as Copado, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with Agile methodologies.\nExperience with CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake or Boomi is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein, and exposure to AI integration concepts, is a plus.\nAI is becoming core to how we build and deliver at Ericsson.
