You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.\nWhat you will do :\nPartner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies aligned with business priorities.\n\nOwn end-to-end recruitment processes for senior-level and high-complexity roles.\n\nLeverage data, market insights, and talent intelligence to guide hiring decisions and workforce planning.\n\nCreate compelling attraction strategies and job advertisements that strengthen Ericsson’s employer brand.\n\nBuild and manage diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.\n\nConduct candidate assessments and pre-screen interviews to identify top talent.\n\nDrive structured and inclusive selection processes that support fair and objective hiring decisions.\n\nUtilize modern recruitment technologies, including AI-enabled sourcing and talent-matching tools.\n\nManage offer negotiations, employment contracts, and candidate engagement throughout the hiring journey.\n\nCollaborate closely with HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless hiring experiences.\n\nEnsure compliance with local legislation, GDPR requirements, and Ericsson’s recruitment policies.\n\nContinuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, methodologies, and candidate experiences.\n\nThe skills you bring :\nExperience\nDemonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent recruitment processes and senior stakeholder relationships, with limited day-to-day direction.\n\nExperience recruiting for large corporate and technology organizations, where effective stakeholder management and structured recruitment processes are essential.
