milestones, manage risks, and drive mitigation plans.\nEnsure compliance with global EMC, Safety, Radio, and market-specific regulations.\nMonitor regulatory changes and assess impacts on current and future products.\nCoordinate testing, certification activities, documentation, and regulatory submissions.\nPartner with R&D, Product Management, Operations, and ODMs to align technical and regulatory requirements.\nWork with certification labs, external partners, and regulatory agencies to achieve approvals.\nMaintain project documentation and provide regular stakeholder updates.\nDrive continuous improvement of regulatory processes and best practices.\nWhat You Will Bring\n10+ years of experience in wireless regulatory compliance, EMC, and product safety certification.\nStrong knowledge of FCC, CE, ISED, UKCA, and other global regulatory requirements.\nExperience leading technical programs or cross-functional projects.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience with enterprise networking, cellular, wireless, or IoT products.\nFamiliarity with certification labs, testing processes, and ODM/manufacturing models.\nExperience improving and scaling regulatory compliance
