You will own meaningful product areas, collaborate with global teams, and turn customer needs into impactful product experiences.\nWhat you will do:\nOwn the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for assigned product areas.\nLead the product lifecycle from customer discovery through launch and continuous improvement.\nTranslate customer and partner needs into clear requirements, user stories, and a value-driven backlog.\nWork with UX, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders to drive agile delivery and make product trade-offs.\nUse data, metrics, and AI-enabled tools to improve outcomes and support product decisions.\nThe skills you bring:\n5+ years of product management experience in software, SaaS, cloud, or related industries.\nStrong English communication and stakeholder management skills, with high ownership and adaptability.\nStrong customer focus and practical problem-solving skills.\nAgile experience in product management or development.\nPreferred Qualification:\nExperience with UCaaS, CCaaS, telecom, or communication-related products.\nExperience with AI-enabled products, cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, or B2B SaaS.\nSolid technical fluency and experience collaborating closely with Engineering.\nWhy join Ericsson?
