Your journey within the Early Career Program will start as a Strategic Sourcing Manager\nAbout the team\nWe as the Sourcing Team, look after 130 billion SEK external spend working with suppliers all around the world. That means we influence around 62% of Ericsson’s net sales value by searching for the best and negotiating favorable deals. We are one big team of around 1,000 people in more than 60 countries working with more than 20,000 suppliers. Our job is very exciting because we get to work with an end-to-end business approach, gaining insight and understanding from R&D to Service Delivery.\nWe are looking for potentially six Strategic Sourcing Managers, depending on your assigned team, you may work with different sourcing categories\nElectrical Manufacturing Services: Sourcing global manufacturing services for Ericsson’s product portfolio,and related supply chain and industrialization services. \nEnergy Systems: Sourcing energy site products, related SW features and energy related products for data centers and lab operation toensure reliable and energy-efficient operation on site.\nIT Software: Sourcing software, cloud solutions, and IT services that support Ericsson's technology portfolio.\nLogistics & Freight: Sourcing transportation, freight and logistics services that enable the movement of products across Ericsson's global supply chain.\nNetwork Products Hardware: Sourcing hardware components, equipments and solutions used in Ericsson's radio and network products.\nRepair: Sourcing repair, refurbishment, and related lifecycle services that support Ericsson’s products and global supply chain.\nWhile each team has its own focus, they share the same goal: building strong supplier partnerships, driving commercial excellence, and supporting Ericsson's innovation and business performance.\nWhat you will do\nAs a Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will work at the intersection of business, technology, and supplier collaboration. You will contribute to sourcing strategies, commercial decisions, and supplier partnerships that create value for Ericsson and its customers.\nWhile your responsibilities will depend on your assigned sourcing area, you will have the opportunity to:\nContribute to sourcing projects, including RFx processes, supplier evaluation, selection, negotiation and onboarding.\nBuild and manage supplier relationships to drive performance, quality, innovation, and long-term business value.\nAnalyze supplier, market, and commercial data to support fact-based decisions, cost efficiency, and risk mitigation.\nSupport responsible sourcing, sustainability, environmental, and compliance requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders to align sourcing activities with business needs.\nSupport digital vision initiatives and explore digital tools, dashboard, automation, and AI to improve sourcing processes efficiency, and decision-making.\nYou will bring\nA master’s degree in Supply chain management, Business, Economics, Information System, Engineering, or a related field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.\nGood communication and storytelling skills to collaborate and influence stakeholders.\nCurious, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for continuous learning.\nConfidence to speak up, challenge existing ways of working, and bring new ideas.\nCommercial awareness and an interest in creating business value.\nInterest in emerging technologies, analytics, automation, AI or supply chain management.\nPrevious experience or academic exposure in procurement, contract management, finance, IT software, manufacturing, logistics, and Power BI or similar tools is a plus.\nWhy join Ericsson?
