Your journey within the Early Career Program will begin in the role of Strategy Manager IT Sourcing.\nWhat you will do\nYou will join the Strategy function within IT Sourcing, an organization managing more than ~15 billion SEK in annual spend with around ~120 colleagues. The team works across IT Hardware, Software, and Services/Cloud, supporting internal IT and Group functions, R&D, as well as commercial Cloud, Software & Services solutions.\nWe help shape the direction of IT Sourcing by working on sourcing and supplier strategies, strategic initiatives, organizational development, and transformations. You will be exposed to complex business challenges and collaborate with stakeholders across Ericsson to turn insights and ideas into action.\nSupport development of sourcing strategies across categories and key suppliers.\nSupport major negotiations, business cases, and executive decision-making.\nIdentify and lead strategic projects across IT Sourcing with involvement of broader Ericsson.\nDrive organizational development, operating model improvements, and capability building.\nAccelerate adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven ways of working.\nProvide insights into market trends, supplier landscapes, risks, and opportunities.\nWhat you will bring\nRecent (Curious and analytical, with the ability to structure complex problems and turn insights into clear recommendations.\nSelf-driven and proactive, taking initiative and moving forward even when not everything is defined and clear.\nConfident asking questions, constructively challenging existing thinking, and remaining open to different perspectives.\nMotivated by working in a complex, international organization with diverse stakeholders, priorities, and perspectives.\nA clear communicator who can influence through ideas, collaborate across teams, and bring others along.\nExposure to consulting, strategy, or global organizations through internships or academic projects is a plus.\nWhy join Ericsson?
