You will collaborate with stakeholders from different countries, contribute to data-driven decision-making, and support activities related to supplier management, compliance, governance, and continuous improvement. This role offers valuable exposure to a global business environment and the opportunity to develop analytical, operational, and stakeholder management skills.\nWhat you will do\nSupport Strategic Sourcing Managers in day-to-day sourcing and procurement activities.\nAssist in coordinating sourcing initiatives, meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions.\nSupport the tracking and monitoring of sourcing projects and operational requests.\nAssist with contract administration activities, including document organization and tracking.\nSupport compliance reviews and adherence to sourcing policies and governance requirements.\nAssist in audit preparation activities and reporting processes.\nSupport supplier onboarding processes and vendor documentation validation.\nMaintain supplier records, master data, and performance tracking information.\nAnalyze sourcing-related data to support performance monitoring and business decisions.\nContribute to process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives.\nSupport the development of reports, dashboards, and operational performance insights.\nWhat you will bring\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, International Relations, or related fields.\nGraduation in Dec/2028\nAdvanced English and Spanish proficiency.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nInterest in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and business operations.\nAbility to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nCuriosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.\nGood communication and collaboration skills.\nAvailability to complete an internship program for approximately two years.\nWhy join Ericsson?
