In this role, you’ll support recruitment for full-time positions and Early Career opportunities, including co-op and intern hiring. You’ll gain practical exposure to recruiting operations, candidate engagement, and the tools and processes that support hiring in a global technology organization.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport TA on special projects related to streamlining processes and improving best practices\nSupport with TA branding exercises and presentations\nSupport campus and Early Career recruiting activities, such as information sessions, events, and candidate communications.\nPrepare recruitment updates, trackers, and basic reports; help identify process improvements and keep shared materials current.\nCollaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and internal partners while handling candidate information with care and discretion.\nThe skills you bring:\nWorking towards a Bachelors or Masters degree\nExposure to AI-enabled recruiting tools and emerging AI applications in Talent Acquisition. You’ll learn how these tools can support recruiting work, how to review outputs critically, and why human judgment remains central to candidate evaluation and selection\nProven experience building and deploying AI agents to streamline processes and improve workflows\nAn interest in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, business, communications, or a related field.\nStrong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines.\nClear written and verbal communication skills and a professional, candidate-focused approach.\nComfort working with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; willingness to learn recruiting systems and processes.\nDiscretion when handling confidential or personal information.\nCuriosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.\nWhy join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
