Our ambition is to create a globally connected, highly consultative Talent Acquisition function where our TA Partners are trusted advisers to the business, combining market expertise, technology and data to make better hiring decisions.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join us during that transformation and help shape how we attract, engage and hire the talent that will drive Ericsson forward.\nWe are looking for a fluent French-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner based in Casablanca or Rabat, Morocco, or Cairo, Egypt.\nAbout this opportunity\nAs a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage recruitment end to end while partnering closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues.\nYou will bring together strong stakeholder management, recruitment expertise, sourcing capability and market insight to develop hiring strategies that deliver the right talent for Ericsson.\nYou will also have access to modern recruitment technology, including AI-enabled talent tools, helping you identify talent, build pipelines and make data-informed decisions.\nMost importantly, you will play a key role in ensuring both candidates and hiring managers receive a high-quality, consistent and inclusive recruitment experience.\nWhat you will do\nPartner with the business\nBuild trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders, understanding their talent requirements and translating them into effective recruitment strategies.\nLead end-to-end recruitment\nTake ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, from initial role calibration and attraction strategy through sourcing, assessment, offer and onboarding.\nFind and engage great talent\nDevelop targeted sourcing strategies and proactively build talent pipelines using tools such as Eightfold AI, LinkedIn Talent Insights and other digital sourcing channels.\nBring market insight\nUse talent intelligence, recruitment data and your understanding of the external market to advise hiring managers and help shape realistic, effective hiring strategies.\nDeliver an outstanding candidate experience\nRepresent Ericsson in the market and ensure candidates receive clear, engaging and timely communication throughout the recruitment journey.\nDrive structured and inclusive hiring\nSupport hiring managers in running fair, consistent and objective selection processes, while championing inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines.\nSupport offer and onboarding\nPartner with relevant stakeholders throughout the offer process and maintain candidate engagement through to their first day at Ericsson.\nUse technology to work smarter\nEmbrace AI and recruitment technology to improve sourcing, talent matching, scheduling and the overall efficiency of the recruitment process.\nMaintain quality and compliance\nEnsure recruitment activities comply with applicable local requirements, data privacy standards and Ericsson policies while maintaining high standards of data quality and confidentiality.\nWhat you will bring\nWe're looking for someone who combines strong recruitment expertise with the confidence to operate as a trusted partner to the business.\nYou will ideally bring:\nProven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, gained within an in-house, RPO or recruitment agency environment.\nFluent French language skills, both written and spoken.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to advise and challenge when appropriate.\nExperience managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and onboarding.\nStrong sourcing capability and experience proactively identifying and engaging talent.\nAn interest in using technology, AI and talent intelligence to improve recruitment outcomes.\nStrong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment priorities.\nA commitment to delivering an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience.\nAdaptability, resilience, curiosity and a results-focused approach.\nA bachelor's degree is advantageous but not essential.\nWhy join Ericsson?
