In this role, you will verify Ericsson's RAN Compute platforms and help ensure the functionality, performance, robustness, and quality of products used in mobile networks worldwide.\nYou will work closely with software developers, system engineers, hardware designers, and experienced verification engineers in a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.\nWhat you will do:\nVerify and troubleshoot software and hardware platform functionality.\nDevelop and maintain automated test solutions.\nAnalyze logs, traffic traces, and test results.\nInvestigate technical issues and contribute to root-cause analysis.\nWork with Linux-based systems and networking technologies.\nImprove verification methods, tools, and automation.\nApply AI-assisted engineering to coding, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and productivity.\nCollaborate across software, hardware, system, and verification teams.\nThe skills you bring:\nBSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Embedded Systems, or a related field.\n0-3 years of professional experience.\nProgramming experience in C.\nBasic Linux knowledge and understanding of networking fundamentals.\nKnowledge of Git version control.\nStrong analytical thinking, combined with a passion for learning, innovation, and continuous professional growth.\nGood communication skills in English.\nCuriosity, initiative, and a desire to develop new technical competencies.\nMeritorious experience\nPOSIX process handling and socket programming.\nLinux shell scripting, such as Bash or csh.\nBasic Python programming.\nExperience with GCC, CMake, Ninja, or BitBake.\nLinux kernel or driver fundamentals.\nGitHub, GitLab, or Gerrit code-review workflows.\nTest automation and CI/CD concepts.\nAI-assisted coding and software development.\nEngineering prompting for coding, debugging, testing, technical analysis, and learning.\nUsing AI to generate, review, and improve code, test cases, automation scripts, and documentation.\nApplying AI in daily engineering work to automate workflows and improve productivity.\nCritically evaluating, testing, and validating AI-generated solutions.\nUsing AI responsibly while maintaining security, quality, and sound engineering judgment.\nYou are curious, analytical, and eager to learn.
