Ericsson also does not hire F-1's working on CPT or EAD for this position.\nRelocation is not offered for this position.\nAbout this opportunity\nThe Smart Factory warehouse team at Ericsson's established US Production Site in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead (D Shift) to serve as the primary point of support for warehouse operations. This role involves working across multiple software platforms to support material receipt, material preparation, and shipping of finished goods. The Warehouse D Shift Lead oversees and optimizes the Material preparation areas and packing process, leads a team of warehouse operators, maintains quality standards, and drives daily targets. The ideal candidate brings a track record of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment, strong problem-solving skills, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and a solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles. This is an overnight shift role based in the US: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM | Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and alternating every other Saturday (confirmed at time of hire).\nWhat you will do\nLead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve daily targets and maintain productivity\nAssign tasks, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members\nFoster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment\nOversee the full warehouse process, from material preparation and goods issuance through to final packaging and labeling\nEnsure adherence to established warehouse procedures and guidelines\nCollaborate with Warehouse Specialists to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels across warehouse storage locations\nSafely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (internal certification required)\nMaintain the 5S program to keep all working areas clean and support lean manufacturing goals\nEnforce safety regulations, conduct regular safety checks, and promptly address potential hazards\nTrack KPIs and generate daily and weekly performance reports covering productivity and accuracy metrics\nIdentify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement\nThe skills you bring\nHigh school diploma or GED required\nPrevious experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a lead or supervisory capacity\nStrong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nProficiency in warehouse management systems and other relevant software\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for 8-10 hours per shift, and lift up to 50 lbs.\nForklift certification may be required depending on specific job duties\nWhy join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
