Ericsson also does not hire F-1’s working on CPT or EAD for this position.\nAbout this opportunity:\nAs an established Ericsson Production Site in the US, the Smart Factory warehouse team is now looking for a Warehouse Operator to be the first line of support for warehouse operations. Crucial aspects of the role include working within multiple softwares for warehouse material receipt, material preparation, and shipping of finished goods. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a demonstrated track record of working in a fast-paced environment, who learns quickly, enjoys working within a team, and possesses outstanding problem-solving skills. This individual must have knowledge working with a warehouse management system, work well under pressure, possess a working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, and be able to work autonomously with little to no supervision and/or mistakes. Cross training may be required in some or all the following areas: receiving, packaging, put-away, picking, Kanban fulfillment, assembly kitting, transportation, and service shipping.\nWhat you will do:\nUnload incoming shipments, verify quantities against packing slips, and inspect for damage.\nProperly store received goods in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack, hand truck).\nAccurately pick items from storage locations according to customer orders, pack them securely for shipment, and generate shipping labels.\nLoad outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring proper documentation and secure loading practices.\nAssist with cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate inventory records.
