About This Opportunity As part of establishing a Smart Factory in the U.S., Ericsson is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to serve as the first line of support for the warehouse team in meeting production demand. This role reports to the Shift Manager within the Warehouse team in Operations. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day warehouse operations, coordinating the movement of materials, and overseeing the shipment of radios. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of leading teams, directing workflow, improving processes, and preventing disruptions to both internal and external supply chains, along with experience collaborating across teams and departments. What you will do Oversee daily warehouse operations, monitoring productivity, workflow, accuracy, and error rates to ensure efficiency and quality. Generate and present reports on warehouse and operational status, including end-of-shift summaries and daily meetings.
