You should have:\n At least 4 years of relevant experience in business development, strategy, sales, partnerships, marketing or a related field\n A proven track record of generating business or growing revenue\n Strong communication and negotiation skills\n Excellent research and analytical abilities\n Strong commercial awareness\n Experience developing proposals, pitches and partnerships\n Excellent project and time-management skills\n The ability to work independently in a remote environment\n Strong organisational skills and attention to detail\n Confidence communicating with clients, brands and senior decision-makers\n A proactive mindset — you should be someone who sees a problem and starts looking for the solution\n The ability to turn strategy into actual execution and
