Access to ERM's worldwide network of Environmental and Social experts provides the knowledge sharing of best practices across the industry and ongoing learning opportunities for everyone.\nJob Responsibilities:\nTo support the successful delivery of ERM projects by:\nManaging or coordinating small or medium size projects or whole elements of larger multidisciplinary or global projects\n\nDelivering multiple project tasks or components, including proposal sections\n\nSupervising project team(s) and coaching and mentoring more junior staff\n\nUnderstanding the interrelationships between ERM practices and policies and how these are applied within the business model (s)\n\nEstablishing strong working relationships with clients through project delivery\n\nProvide complex and technical or subject matter expertise and methodology challenges within own area as well as across several disciplines within the business unit or practice area(s), including local regulatory and legislative requirements as applicable\n\nDevelop external presence in technical area by participating in technical/professional associations\n\nMake use of effective working relationships with business unit and participate in global practice communities to ensure strong network of resources\n\nEnsure prevailing authorization and administrative processes, policies and practices are communicated and followed\n\nRemain up to date with the external market and client industry trends\n\nShare expertise and knowledge within the Business Unit and or global practice area\n\nDefine actions and utilize resources to achieve project tasks or objectives\n\nJob Requirement:\nEnvironmental or Biodiversity field\n\nMinimum of 10 years of working experience in private sector and/or consultancy business. Those with experience in power, mining, O&G, Technology, and Renewable Energy sectors are encouraged to apply\n\nExperience in carrying out Due Diligence as well as developing ESIA document following international standard eg.
