You will work within Mergers and Acquisition service line under Value Creation team, partnering with NA / EMEA regional stakeholders to turn complex and qualitative ESG concepts into actionable financial insights. This role is critical to ensure development and refinement of advanced financial models that incorporate ESG and sustainability metrics.\nWhat your impact is?\nFinancial Quantification of ESG Levers.\n\nIdentification of Value Creation / Value Protection Opportunities.\n\nReview of Business Case / Advanced Financial Models and Financial Statements.\n\nWhat will you bring?\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA) or professional designation (CFA) is preferred.\n\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in financial modelling and valuation analysis, ideally within investment banking, strategy consulting, or transaction advisory roles.\n\nDirect exposure to due diligence, exit readiness assessments, or private equity transactions is highly desirable.\n\nExpert-level proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools, with a proven track record of building complex models.\n\nBackground in financial modelling and valuation with a deep passion for sustainability (e.g. climate, nature, employees’ wellbeing, sustainable revenue.\n\nPreferred skills & competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and data accuracy.\n\nDemonstrated ability to convert qualitative ESG and sustainability insights into robust quantitative parameters.\n\nA proactive, self-driven professional comfortable working in an offshore, team-oriented environment.\n\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nPassionate about sustainability and committed to ensuring that ESG factors are precisely
