CDH teams work in close partnership with regional consultants to support global client projects, providing specialist expertise, driving consistency, and enhancing delivery efficiency across our most important programmes.\nAs part of the Consulting Delivery Hub, you will collaborate with colleagues worldwide, contribute to complex sustainability projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of global consulting delivery.\nWhy this role matters?\nAs a Consulting Senior Associate - Management Systems & Compliance, you will support ERM's global consulting delivery by assisting in the execution of management system development, legal obligation research, permit and plan preparation, and compliance program tasks. Working within the Safe & Sustainable Operations (SSO) service line, you will work with senior consultants and global teams to deliver reliable, high-quality outputs on client projects. This role focuses on hands-on execution, data handling, documentation, and QA/QC support. It is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in EHS/ESG management systems, regulatory compliance, and digital compliance platforms, while contributing indirectly to global client engagements and to the growth of the CDH-SSO team.\nWhat your impact is?\nSupport management system development and implementation support, by assisting with discrete legal registers, legal obligation research, compliance calendars, checklists, and simple governance tools.\n\nSupport digitally enabled delivery of industry-standard EHS/ESG platforms such as Cority, Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, and similar systems.\n\nContribute to EHSS permit, plan, and program development and to multi-site compliance program management under the guidance of experienced consultants.\n\nSupport assigned workstreams while maintaining quality and timeline commitments; keep trackers, evidence files, and status reports current.\n\nCollaborate with global colleagues and CDH-SSO team members, actively participating in learning initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities.\n\nWhat will you bring?\nBachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, chemical engineering, occupational health and safety, information systems, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.\n\nTypically, 1+ years of relevant experience (including consulting experience) in EHS/ESG management systems, compliance, environmental management, or a related area.\n\nBasic understanding of H&S software implementation skills, EHS/ESG concepts, management system frameworks, permits, legal registers, and compliance obligations.\n\nStrong attention to detail and document control discipline; ability to follow instructions, templates, and project workflows.\n\nAbility to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and produce quality outputs with support from stakeholders.\n\nGood written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation and collaborating with global teams.\n\nProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and good data organization skills; familiarity with EHS/ESG platforms.\n\nPreferred qualifications, skills & competencies\nMaster's degree in environmental management, sustainability, EHS, environmental policy, information systems, or related fields.\n\nExposure to EHS/ESG compliance platforms and trackers such as Cority, Enablon, Sphera, Intelex, legal registers, or compliance calendars.\n\nFamiliarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and international EHS regulatory frameworks such as Clean Air Act, RCRA, OSHA, or other H&S implementation tools.\n\nInterest in digital, automation, or AI-enabled tools that improve compliance delivery (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint).\n\nPrior internship or project experience in an EHS/consulting environment.\n\nKey responsibilities\nSupport development and implementation of management system elements, including procedures, manuals, legal registers, compliance calendars, and operating procedures.\n\nHelp prepare EHSS permits, plans, programs, and other compliance deliverables.\n\nAssist in configuring, updating, and maintaining data on EHS/ESG compliance platforms such as Cority, Enablon, Sphera, or Intelex, as required.\n\nAssist with legal obligation research and regulatory tracking under frameworks such as ISO 14001/ISO 45001, Clean Air Act, RCRA, Clean
