You’re comfortable balancing independent work with collaboration and are open to travel and fieldwork as part of your professional development.\nRequired\nB.S. or M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering (preferred). Or equivalent experience.\nEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification in place or eligible.\n1-2 years of relevant experience.\nExperience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS.\nStrong verbal, written, and computer skills.\nAbility and willingness to travel.\nThis position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.\nPreferred\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Project, scheduling, and construction management.\nExposure to consulting or construction-related project environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in projects on a global platform, in varied settings that require creative and practical engineering solutions.\nPrepare site civil designs, including earthwork and site grading, access roads, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management.\nDevelop construction drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and contract documents.\nPrepare application packages for land disturbance permits, construction stormwater permits, and related construction permits; support land use permit applications.\nUse AutoCAD and GIS to develop engineering designs.\nConduct field investigations, construction oversight, and quality assurance activities.\nEvaluate field data; perform calculations; and prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, schedules, and progress tracking reports.\nCollaborate with scientists and engineers across site investigation, risk management, planning, design, and construction disciplines.\nWork both independently and as part of global, multidisciplinary project teams.\nParticipate in a center-of-excellence engineering team to help develop innovative designs and oversee implementation.\nERM offers a collaborative culture, exposure to impactful projects, opportunities for professional growth, and flexibility through hybrid/remote work options.\nFor the Consulting Senior Associate, Civil Engineer position, the anticipatedannual base pay is $73,600-$93,300 (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range.
